The Hillsdale Volunteer Ambulance Service received word on
Tuesday, March 16, 2004 on the passing of Old Bridge First Aid
and Rescue Squad Member James Dodridge, who was killed in the
line of duty. We extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to
the family of our brother and to the rest of our brothers and
sisters of his squad. Our brother becomes the first New Jersey
EMT to die in the line of duty this year.
Members of the Hillsdale Volunteer Ambulance Service turned
out on Sunday, March 14 at George White School to kick off
Hillsdale Hoops. This event includes a free throw contest from
members of the towns Emergency Services. This year's schedule is
March 17-20, March 22, 23, 25, 30, April 1, and 3rd.
