Thank you for visiting our page. If you have clicked here there is a chance you were a patient of our agency at some point in time. We have been sending "Patient Follow Up Letters"(example pictured to the left) to all patients that we come in contact with, since 2017, in order to enhance our system of care and patient satisfaction.
The letter also indicates two ways that people can assist us in our time of need as a result of the assistance provided to you. The two ways are via an application for membership to pay it forward and become certified to help others, while the other way is by making a monetary donation to our agency. We do NOT bill for our services and hope to provide our services free of charge for as long as possible via our 100% volunteer staffing.
