The care and safety of our patients is always our first priority. In order to ensure that we are providing the best possible care, we ask that any patient who has been previously treated or transported by HVAS completes the optional Patient Care Survey below. We always appreciate patient feedback to help us learn and improve for each new patient.
You can also help us immensely by donating either your time or money. We pride ourselves on providing all of our services free of charge - because nobody should have to consider finances when the lives of our loved ones are involved. Because we never bill for services, we are entirely reliant on donations from the community and volunteers to staff each shift.
